What has happened to the Democratic Party in America? Twenty-Twenty has started with Democrats lamenting the death of an Iranian terrorist, Major General Qasem Soleimani, who was responsible for the deaths of hundreds of Americans and had active plans to kill even more. Rather than celebrating with commonsense Americans who understand and appreciate President Trump’s desire to keep us safe, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is seeking to tie the President’s hands. Joining us today is someone who knows a great deal about America and has watched history unfold from a front row seat. My guest is Dave Black, the founder of Aegis Science Corporation (now retired), husband of former House Budget Chair Diane Black, and the founder of 2nd Vote. 2nd Vote is a conservative watchdog organization for corporate America. It scores companies and gives consumers an opportunity to support companies that share their values. Change, transformation, and new life are always possible. Just because you are working in a particular field or have always gone about doing things the same way, doesn’t mean you have to continue the same path. In today’s show, I will be talking with a former Californian who walked away from enormous corporate success, moved to Nashville and started a successful smoothie business that he named 9-fruits after the 9 character traits the Apostle Paul lists in Galatians 5:22. The fruits of the spirit are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Dan Banks is the founder of 9-fruits. We are going to talk about his family and his incredible journey and miracle healing. For Further Insight: Website: Nine Fruits Book: The First Hour for Men
Healthcare in America continues to of great concern for millions of Americans, especially those who are unemployed or on fixed incomes. It also affects people who are working and must contend with high deductibles. Democrats would like to see socialized medicine in America and more government control over the healthcare industry. There is an organization called Physicians for Reform composed of doctors, nurses, industry suppliers and providers, pastors and activists who study and have studied all aspects of the issue. Black Americans are impacted in a special way. Joining me today is Stephen Broden. He is the Senior Pastor at Fairpark Bible Fellowship, co-founder of the National Black Pro-Life Coalition, and President and Founder of Protect Life and Marriage in Texas. Authentically American is an apparel brand with a fascinating backstory revolving around its founder. Most people don’t know that American manufacturers produce less than 3 percent of the apparel we wear each day. In 1980, American manufacturers produced almost 75 percent of our clothes and textiles. Now we depend on sweat factories in Latin America, Asia, and Mexico to produce clothes, towels, bedsheets, curtains and etc. We can trace the death of American factories back to the 1994 passage of the North American Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Fortunately, there is a cause for hope and celebration. There are some American patriots who believe in our nation enough to invest time, money, and sweat equity into the formation of American apparel companies. Joining me today is Dean Wegner, a West Point graduate and veteran. Dean is the founder of a 2017 company named Authentically American. Its vision was to “build an iconic American brand that is truly American made” and its mission was to “create American jobs and build a profitable business that is a great place to work. In a word – PROGRESS. President Donald Trump has made tremendous progress in the black community. He has tackled many of the difficult issues that previous administrations have failed to even address. All this, in spite of the nation’s political environment and the politics of impeachment. What can we as ordinary citizens do to impact elections? Everyone should take the time to vote and educate themselves about the candidates running for office at the federal, state, and local levels. But voting alone is not enough, especially when those opposing our Judeo-Christian values are well organized and often backed by philanthropists like George Soros, Chairman of the Open Society Foundation, who gives millions to organizations that hire people to knock on doors as part of an aggressive get on the vote movement for the progressive agenda in America. Joining me today is Rick Potter. Mr. Potter is one of the founders of a grassroots organization, the Mighty American Strike Force, that recruits volunteer from around the country to deploy to battleground states in midterm and general presidential elections.
