Chasing Justice
Sat | Sun 3 pm ET
Lt. Joe’s unique perspective on crime and punishment, criminal investigation and the causes of violence in society along with his ability to relate to all of us will make “Chasing Justice” your favorite go-to program on all things safety and security. On “Chasing Justice” we uncover the truth about these events, look at the investigations and the people that investigate them, and we will dig deep to see what can be done to make our lives and our families safer in this dangerous era.
Lt. Joe is a highly decorated retired Police Lieutenant, Criminal Investigator, Hostage/Crisis Negotiator and Master Trainer. He served his community for 27 years, retiring in 2013 to take on the role of Director of School Safety and Security. Crime, Corruption, Terrorism, Workplace Violence, School Shootings… together we’ll be Chasing Justice.
America Out Loud Network © – Crime, Corruption, Terrorism, Workplace Violence, School Shootings; together we’ll be Chasing Justice on the America Out Loud Network.
Our modern world is filled with chaos, our politics are marked by hatred, deceit, treachery and the destruction of our traditions; the Mueller investigation is a symptom of those negative factors. We will open the show with Lt. Pangaro describing what “Flipping” a suspect means as it relates to the Mueller investigation. The neighborhood crew with the addition of Kathy adding a female perspective as the neighborhood debates legalizing or decriminalizing marijuana. And finally, the neighborhood wonders what Ronald Reagan would think of the world in 2018 and they “Channel” him through our host for an interesting interview with ‘The Gipper’.
The many blessings we all have can be abundant or hidden, the holidays can be a time of great joy or sadness. Lt. Pangaro Discusses a new leadership concern during times of violence, preparing police commanders to order officers into situations where they can lose their lives. Jim Giordano and I discuss the world around us as the holidays move along and the political world changes. And finally Joe Pangaro JR presents disorder in the court with a lot of funny court situations.
With all the talk of the up-and-coming generation and their thoughts on societal changes, politics and the politically correct shift in the nation – we thought it was time to talk some of these young guys to get their take on the state of our nation. Joining us on Chasing Justice is a group of conservative young guys ages 15-16. They are best friends and are somewhat politically aware of their surroundings. We discuss the world they will inherit, their thoughts on how this president is treated and what it means to be an American from their eyes. Jim “the Contrarian” Giordano joins Chasing Justice to discuss the Thanksgiving holidays and the blessings involved. And then a return visit of our Lawyer of Record Joe Pangaro JR. to discuss some “Disorder in the court” items for fun and serious talk.
The recent elections prove one thing very clearly, we are a nation that is unsure of where it wants to go. The chaos in the Florida election process has revealed potential tampering to get the result that certain people want no matter what the people voted for. A one on one interview with a neighborhood regular-“Rock and roll Race Car” Jack Patterson. And finally some tips on staying safe in your workplace, religious facility or school.
The much-anticipated wave election is upon us, the future of the country hangs in the balance, Red and Blue! What does the behind the scenes motives of the democrats and the republicans really mean to the loves of us the citizens? Sarah Cortez is a veteran Police officer from Texas. She is also a writer who has written quite a few police related books. We hear from her today!
The appearance of a Mad Bomber targeting high profile democrats has caused a national panic and immediate attacks on President Trump. The caravan from Central America is getting closer and a showdown at the US border is imminent, who will blink? And the tragedy of an Active Shooter in a Pittsburgh synagogue has shocked the world. Are the three incidents signs of the chaos to come?
What will America look like in the next year or two? What will it be like in the next 10 years? Will we continue to be a bastion of freedom or morph into another socialist hell hole? The coming caravan of people who want to cross the border in what ever way they can, legally or not, will this affect the upcoming elections? The Boys in the Neighborhood take the topics head on.
The loss of Free Speech is only the beginning people! The tone and tenor of interaction between people in America is taking a negative turn. Threats and violence are encouraged by our political leaders and people are reacting by being violent. We are losing our free speech rights if we don’t follow the rules of the mob, we are all in danger.
In this modern day and age we hear people talk about the potential break-up of the country, the potential for riots in the streets and revolution or civil war, but not many people really believe it is possible for those things to really happen. No one can imagine a hot civil war in 2018 and beyond, the idea of Americans attacking other Americans on a large scale or states breaking away along political belief are the things of fantasy; great for a novel but hardly possible in the real world. To that I say: wrong.
The drama of testimony and the search for truth in the Judge Kavanaugh and Dr Ford hearings made several points of justice very clear. Is a mere accusation enough to assign guilt or do we need more. Will our system of justice survive if we destroy these principles? This is what we need to discuss openly on Chasing Justice.
Is there justice in our country when the political class corrupts and manipulates the events? Is there justice when an allegation of wrong doing is used as a weapon to advance an agenda? What about the victim, are they used as a tool and their chance to achieve justice is not the first consideration, but the last? Where do we go from here? Our nation is at stake.
The last minute accusation against Judge Kavanaugh is a new low for our friends on the left. Very reminiscent of the attack on Clarence Thomas so many years ago. The neighborhood is live at Clancys again with guest Capt Donna Hernandez. Also joining us is Special Guest, Michele Gay. She is the cofounder of Safe and Sound Schools, she’s the mother of one of the children killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School Massacre. Her organization has multiple programs designed to help schools prepare themselves and increase their safety and security. Image: Erin Schaff For Further Insight: Website: www.safeandsoundschools.org
The start of the second American Civil War, the cold version without the shooting and dying has already begun. It started in 2009 with the election of Barack Obama and the birth of the resistance to all things traditionally American. The NY Times Op-ed revealing a traitor in the White House is proof of the civil war as a resistor and traitor is in the White House fighting the President and his agenda from within. The Neighborhood goes out to the people as the fellas visit “Clancys Tavern” in Neptune NJ to record live among the people. A conversation about Sept 11 brings the neighbothood together.
What has happened to our country, we can hardly recognize it. If the truth be told the fear we have of losing the country has already been realized. Violence in our cities goes unchallenged because of politics, the left sees opportunity in the death of innocence. The Neighborhood guys talk about the bias in coverage of Aretha Franklin’s funeral and the presence of Farrakhan and the debauchery of Bill Clinton on display. School security and what we can do as the doors open across the country.
