The Constitution Study
Weekdays 4 PM ET
The American people, through ignorance and apathy, have lost their love for their rights and liberties. Our rights are trampled daily by governments, universities, the media, and businesses both large and small. Yet the vast majority of Americans not only bow to the pressure to relinquish their rights, they frequently ask for them to be taken. What are we to do?
Since 2014 Paul Engel has been helping everyday Americans read and study the Constitution of their country and teaching the rising generation to be free. In this program, Paul uses news and current events as a springboard to help explain the Constitution and encourage others to stand up for their rights, their children’s rights, and those of the nation.
The goal of this program is to help everyday people defend their rights by reading, studying, and understanding the supreme law of the land, the Constitution of the United States of America. Author and speaker, Paul Engel has spent more than 20 years studying and teaching about both the Bible and the U.S. Constitution. That experience helps Paul explain difficult concepts in a way most people can understand. As one manager described, “Paul can take the most complex idea and explain it in a way my grandmother can understand.”
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – In the United States, the freedom of certain religions faces increasing threats, a disturbing trend often overlooked by many. As rights to self-defense also come under siege, I’m reminded of Martin Niemöller’s poignant poem. This reflection urges us to stand for those whose rights are being attacked, lest we find our own liberties…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – I delve into the troubling state of our government leadership. Self-absorbed officials prioritize power over constitutional duties, leading to questionable decisions and actions. From the IRS spying on Americans to financial manipulations for votes, it’s clear: the lunatics are running the asylum. Einstein’s words on insanity resonate…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – As a teenager, I learned to navigate an airplane, embracing the joy and responsibility it entailed. Today, I see parallels in navigating life’s challenges. Too many have relinquished their chart and compass, letting others dictate their path. I share a secret: I have a chart and compass for life, ready to guide us through responsibility and choice.
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Let’s look at the resumes and the interviews for those new job candidates as closely as we would when hiring a new employee. Perhaps if we started treating our elections as job openings, we’d hire a better class of public servants. What if, rather than casting our ballots based on our team and hoping for the best, we actually looked at those asking for our votes as either current employees up for review or new employee interviews?
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Exploring the misuse of science and the law, I delve into how these powerful tools are often twisted for personal agendas. I emphasize the importance of understanding the Constitution and taking personal responsibility to protect our rights. Join me in uncovering the truth behind scientific and legal corruption and learn to assert…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Tucker Carlson and Mike Benz raise concerns about government influence on social media to manipulate presidential elections. With claims of recorded proof, the situation seems dire. Yet, there’s hope in citizen journalism exposing this corruption. Our persistence could reignite the flames of liberty, ensuring the survival of our republic…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – In our silence, evil thrives. I urge us to confront societal ills, starting at home and extending to our communities. As Dietrich Bonhoeffer wisely stated, moral societies are judged by the world they leave for future generations. Let’s shift our focus from what’s left to us, to the legacy we’re creating for our children. Join me in this crucial endeavor…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Ronald Reagan famously said, “Trust, but verify.” Trust is a funny thing. Trust should be earned, but is often granted for the most ridiculous reasons. Because the person from the right political party gives a good speech or checks the right boxes in some perverse game of diversity bingo. Even worse is when we trust people not because we have a good reason but because someone tells us we must…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Lately, more and more people have been telling me that we are bound to follow unconstitutional acts. They claim the American people need to follow executive orders and Supreme Court decisions. But is that what the actual law says? One of our Founding Fathers not only said that unconstitutional acts were void but that suggesting otherwise was as crazy as saying…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – What does it mean to be sovereign? We often think of sovereign as the leader of a country, like a monarch, but is that what the word means? According to Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary online, there are two senses of that word that applies here. One is that of supreme power; the other is independence. Sadly, many today, including those in government, have taken the idea of sovereign independence and turned it into sovereign power.
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Exploring life’s priorities is crucial for personal growth and understanding. I delve into how these priorities shape decisions and actions, from political affiliations to balancing quality and quantity. Recognizing others’ priorities fosters mutual respect and liberty, aiding in negotiations. This journey of self-reflection enhances self-awareness, revealing biases and improving social interactions…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Exploring the gap between law and its enforcement, we delve into cases like Robert Hur’s handling of Joe Biden’s documents, and the Supreme Court of Hawaii’s constitutional interpretations. We question if our passive acceptance makes us complicit in these issues, echoing Edmund Burke’s belief that evil triumphs when good people fail to act. It’s a call to uphold justice.
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – In this age of abundant information, it’s easy to overlook transformative events. I delve into a crucial Supreme Court case, the controversial topic of mask mandates, and uncover truths about COVID-19. These underreported issues, from election implications to public health policies, demand our attention. Join me in exploring these significant yet often missed developments shaping our world…

We are paying the price for our lack of vision
Cultural Wars, Education, Political
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – In “Return of the Jedi,” the emperor chastises Luke for his lack of vision. I echo this sentiment about American society. Our complacency in decision-making and blind trust in experts have led us to a precarious edge. We’re surrendering our freedoms, and our children’s education is failing. It’s time to confront our lack of foresight and reclaim our future.
