The Constitution Study
Weekdays 4 PM ET
The American people, through ignorance and apathy, have lost their love for their rights and liberties. Our rights are trampled daily by governments, universities, the media, and businesses both large and small. Yet the vast majority of Americans not only bow to the pressure to relinquish their rights, they frequently ask for them to be taken. What are we to do?
Since 2014 Paul Engel has been helping everyday Americans read and study the Constitution of their country and teaching the rising generation to be free. In this program, Paul uses news and current events as a springboard to help explain the Constitution and encourage others to stand up for their rights, their children’s rights, and those of the nation.
The goal of this program is to help everyday people defend their rights by reading, studying, and understanding the supreme law of the land, the Constitution of the United States of America. Author and speaker, Paul Engel has spent more than 20 years studying and teaching about both the Bible and the U.S. Constitution. That experience helps Paul explain difficult concepts in a way most people can understand. As one manager described, “Paul can take the most complex idea and explain it in a way my grandmother can understand.”
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – The American people have a choice. Sit back and watch while the insurrection and overthrow of the Constitution and the republic it created happens, or stand up and make our actions speak louder than the words we share. Stop voting for the donkeys and elephants that are trying to overthrow the legitimate government of our states and the United States. Stop complying with…

We delve into constitutional misunderstandings, highlighting the need for a deeper understanding of our government’s structure to prevent abuses of power…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Political correctness was once the butt of jokes; today, it’s closer to the butt of a gun. What was once little more than college and university students throwing temper tantrums. Today, what we call PC, actually cultural Marxism, seems to be in full force, and not just in academia. Organizations like the Southern Poverty Law Center and NewsGuard have taken PC Censorship to the next level…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – People ask what can we do to save America? It’s the Constitution. Others ask how to protect their rights? It’s the Constitution. How do we stop Congress, the White House, and federal bureaucrats from violating our rights? It’s the Constitution. Are you noticing a pattern?
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – It seems today the best way for people to promote their agenda is not the have the best argument but the loudest. For example, people have been screaming about Hunter Biden failing to submit to a congressional subpoena. There’ve been calls for him to be charged with contempt of Congress, but…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – You would think by now that the American people would have learned their lesson. However, the evidence shows that We the People, are still willing to suffer the evils coming out of D.C. That we continue to try the same thing over and over again, hoping for a different result. And we all know what Albert Einstein thought of that…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Have you seen the news, the claims that the Constitution itself is at stake if Donald Trump is elected President in 2024, and the United States will fall into a dystopian dictatorship, probably overnight? Beyond the hyperbole, falsehood, and rank partisanship of such statements is an even more fundamental problem: the Constitution is already at stake…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – In this piece, I delve into the surprising truths and lies in politics, particularly focusing on the Second Amendment. I compare speeches from Mark Robinson and Joe Biden, analyze pivotal court cases, and explore how recognizing the truth can liberate us. Join me in uncovering the complex layers of political discourse and legal interpretations that shape our understanding.
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – With more and more evidence coming out of the FBI & DOJ meddling in election politics, social media censoring important information while boosting the profile of those in a certain political party, and the video evidence of ballot box stuffing, you may not only wonder about the future of the republic but whether or not voting is worth the time anymore…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – I dive deep into recent incidents making headlines, scrutinizing the media and political reactions. I explore the complex landscape of moral ambiguity, challenging the black and white perception of issues like antisemitism, free speech, and political hypocrisy. What does it truly means to stand for freedom and moral righteousness in…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – The Biden Administration is targeting Roman Catholics as potential terrorists while anti-semitic groups terrorize Jewish neighbors, institutions, and individuals. When the FBI was caught in their illegal targeting, not only did they fail to properly discipline those who committed the crimes, but our representatives in Congress, who have the power to…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Take for example – Donald Trump’s lawyer saying that if he wins the 2024 election the cases against him would have to be put on hold. How the Eighth Amendment’s protection against excessive fines may turn one case completely upside down. Whatever legislation Congress passes is the supreme law of the land…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – In “Placing Politics Above Children?”, I explore a lawsuit filed in Massachusetts challenging the foster care system, focusing on a couple’s faith impacting their foster care aspirations. I also discuss broader issues of child welfare, family dynamics, and societal responsibilities, reflecting on personal experiences and insights from Calista Barberi, a Foster Care Trainer/Recruiter in…
