The Constitution Study
Weekdays 4 PM ET
The American people, through ignorance and apathy, have lost their love for their rights and liberties. Our rights are trampled daily by governments, universities, the media, and businesses both large and small. Yet the vast majority of Americans not only bow to the pressure to relinquish their rights, they frequently ask for them to be taken. What are we to do?
Since 2014 Paul Engel has been helping everyday Americans read and study the Constitution of their country and teaching the rising generation to be free. In this program, Paul uses news and current events as a springboard to help explain the Constitution and encourage others to stand up for their rights, their children’s rights, and those of the nation.
The goal of this program is to help everyday people defend their rights by reading, studying, and understanding the supreme law of the land, the Constitution of the United States of America. Author and speaker, Paul Engel has spent more than 20 years studying and teaching about both the Bible and the U.S. Constitution. That experience helps Paul explain difficult concepts in a way most people can understand. As one manager described, “Paul can take the most complex idea and explain it in a way my grandmother can understand.”
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Let’s look at the more recent acts and not just expose them, but show the American people and the states what they can do about it. The question we should be asking is, will the empire that the United States has become crush us, or will the Republic find a way to deal with the tyrants?
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – The American people and the world were once again subjected to the Kabuki theatre known as the “State of the Union Address.” Today, I want to give some thoughts on the political speech we call the State of the Union address, but also to the actual State of our Union. And just as the…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – After a quick trip down memory lane, we get a better idea of how the American people have fallen to a state where they will believe anything, follow any directive from government, and continue to listen to the media. In 1984 we were worried about the Soviet Union and Communism. Today, we have so…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – You may be thinking of the saga of the Chinese Spy Balloon, but that is only the latest in a long line of “trial balloons” that have been testing us. The New Ice Age, which became Global Warming, which we now call Climate Change, have all been trial balloons to see how far governments could push the…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – It breaks my heart to see so many Americans simply follow these illegal orders to metaphorically walk ourselves into the gulag these tyrannical actors have created for us. Sure, we may win a battle from time to time, but for the most part, the American people are not even participating in the war for our liberty…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – The siren song of power and influence has not only attracted some of the less savory members of our society, but corrupted good men and women who tried to make a difference. Washington, D.C., is effectively another world, where the rules of honor, decorum, and servitude seem to be crushed by…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Today, we are watching duels between the Republicans and Democrats over the debt ceiling, the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, abortion, the COVID emergency, and just everything else under the sun. It seems, rather than killing each other with guns, the parties are trying to destroy each other with policies…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – So what is the proper size and scope of the various governments within the United States? What are the consequences of allowing governments to expand beyond their designed limits? And just what can We the People, do to return these governments to their proper role?
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – As I look around the United States, I am not only seeing people that are not only more “tolerant” of, but encouraging immorality and antagonism to religion. Does this explain not only the ever-expanding federal government, but its continued failures? Was Mr. Adams correct, that the Constitution…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – In a recent survey of high school students, only 3% could actually pass a U.S. Citizenship test. What does this say about education in America? After placing our children’s education in the hands of government, first at the state level, then adding federal interference, We the People, let go…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – As Lord Acton said, “Power corrupts, and absolute power tends to corrupt absolutely.” As we have stood by and watched while more and more power was centralized in Washington, D.C., we have also seen the corruption that has gone along with it. Federal regulators manipulated the…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – We’ll start today by looking at some of the latest examples of these out-of-control governments. Then I have an interview with Ivan Raiklin, the self-proclaimed Deep State Marauder. I think you’ll agree that he’s not only fun to talk to, but has some very powerful ideas about how to return…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – The U.S. Treasury has borrowed as much money as they are legally allowed. And as so often happens in these situations, the rhetoric around D.C. is thicker than pea soup. So today, I want to talk about the debt limit and some solutions that people have floated to fix this recurring nightmare…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – We can learn a lot about the men and women in Congress, both by what they say and what they do. As we’ve all heard, It’s not whether you win or lose, but how you play “the game”? We need to decide if the members of Congress are doing the right thing…
