Many Voices, One Freedom: United in the 1st Amendment
September 21, 2024
The American people, through ignorance and apathy, have lost their love for their rights and liberties. Our rights are trampled daily by governments, universities, the media, and businesses both large and small. Yet the vast majority of Americans not only bow to the pressure to relinquish their rights, they frequently ask for them to be taken. What are we to do?
Since 2014 Paul Engel has been helping everyday Americans read and study the Constitution of their country and teaching the rising generation to be free. In this program, Paul uses news and current events as a springboard to help explain the Constitution and encourage others to stand up for their rights, their children’s rights, and those of the nation.
The goal of this program is to help everyday people defend their rights by reading, studying, and understanding the supreme law of the land, the Constitution of the United States of America. Author and speaker, Paul Engel has spent more than 20 years studying and teaching about both the Bible and the U.S. Constitution. That experience helps Paul explain difficult concepts in a way most people can understand. As one manager described, “Paul can take the most complex idea and explain it in a way my grandmother can understand.”
How often do we have to see that the bureaucrats, experts, and pundits fail before we stop blindly believing what they’re telling us? Those who refuse to learn from history are doomed to repeat it. The stage is being set to repeat the mistakes of the last two years. Have the American people learned yet?
The most logical reason is that we keep asking government to do things it was never designed to do. If that is true, then the first step in cleaning up the federal government’s mess is to stop asking them to do things they are not only not designed to do but legally prohibited from doing…
Whether government actors, corporate boards, or individuals, when someone claims that something should be shut down, de-platformed, or not allowed to be shared, they are rarely protecting you from misinformation, but they themselves are engaging in disinformation, the promotion of deliberately false information in an effort to…
A recent panel of people who once lived under Communism tells us how they see America as becoming like the old Soviet Union, East Germany, and Cuba. Their warnings of what is in store for us should be the warning from history we need…
There seems to be an offer the American people are not allowed to refuse. The “offer” is either to agree that men can be women and visa versa or be vilified, canceled, and, if necessary, destroyed. Perhaps it is because of threats that some have begun referring to those making these demands as the Trans-Mafia. How the American people respond to these threats will help determine the level of freedom we can expect to have in the future. The Constitution Study with Paul Engel on America Out Loud Talk Radio can be heard weekdays at 4 pm ET. Listen on iHeart Radio, our world-class media player, or our free apps on Apple, Android, or Alexa. Listen to other episodes of The Constitution Study, available on podcast.
What happens when we remove all of the checks on government power? In today’s episode, we talk with Diego Rodriguez and hear the harrowing story of government employees abusing their power to protect children in order to tear them away from their families. WARNING, this story may scare small children…
Nothing is truly free. When the cost is time, money, or opportunity, there is always a cost. And where there is a cost, someone must pay the bill. So what is the cost of focusing all of our hopes and dreams on Washington, D.C.? What is the cost of expecting those in the federal government to fix all of our problems and right all our received wrongs? You should not start a project if you do not know the cost, for it may be very dear indeed.
Since most of us were educated in government schools, we shouldn’t be surprised. But we don’t have to remain unaware of our rights and the legal power we have over those in government. But it will take some time and effort to educate ourselves…
We are in a war for the soul of America. If rights, freedom, and liberty are to prevail, then we must have a plan. One that focuses both on our strengths and provides us the best protection against those who wish to take away our rights. Washington, D.C., and our State Houses are the front lines in this war, while our county, city, and district are our home base…
What happens when those we are expected to trust don’t act in a trustworthy manner? Can the republic survive when it seems no one can trust anyone these days? Trust that our elected officials and the bureaucrats in government are doing their jobs within the powers we have consented to. Trust that our military is prepared to defend us…
It’s a pretty sad state of affairs when scanning news headlines, and you can’t tell if they’re real or from a satire site. Is life imitating satire, or is it the other way around? In either case, it doesn’t bode well for America’s future. Are we moving forward toward liberty or are we regressing into the evils of our past?
More and more evidence is coming out that those in government and the media, both social and corporate, have agreed to hide data from the American people, frequently in an unlawful manner; what else can we call the last two years than the COVID conspiracy? Join me as I interview Dr. Peter McCullough, then look at other news reports showing the cover-up…
We have vested a tremendous amount of power in our courts. Which makes the decision of who sits on those courts very important. I want to take a look at some of the stories that have come out from the first two days of Ketanji Brown Jackson’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee…
Look at how many bad decisions have been made based on that bad data. As we say in Information Technology, garbage in garbage out. What can the American people do to protect themselves from bad data like this? We’ll look at some examples today…
