The Constitution Study
Weekdays 4 PM ET
The American people, through ignorance and apathy, have lost their love for their rights and liberties. Our rights are trampled daily by governments, universities, the media, and businesses both large and small. Yet the vast majority of Americans not only bow to the pressure to relinquish their rights, they frequently ask for them to be taken. What are we to do?
Since 2014 Paul Engel has been helping everyday Americans read and study the Constitution of their country and teaching the rising generation to be free. In this program, Paul uses news and current events as a springboard to help explain the Constitution and encourage others to stand up for their rights, their children’s rights, and those of the nation.
The goal of this program is to help everyday people defend their rights by reading, studying, and understanding the supreme law of the land, the Constitution of the United States of America. Author and speaker, Paul Engel has spent more than 20 years studying and teaching about both the Bible and the U.S. Constitution. That experience helps Paul explain difficult concepts in a way most people can understand. As one manager described, “Paul can take the most complex idea and explain it in a way my grandmother can understand.”
Unlike the character Vizzini in Princess Bride, it’s not that the words don’t mean what these people think. I think it is much more dastardly than that. I believe these people are using words as weapons in an attempt to intimidate people into backing down and giving them what they want. However, like any other bully, the only way to disarm…
You are not powerless before the Big Tech Overlords take over your life. All it takes is a little education, gumption, and willingness to act to protect your liberty. I start by looking at the class action lawsuits recently filed by Donald Trump…
Should we see the tyranny being foisted on us, the illegal mandates, the unjust laws, and the constant coercion and bullying to comply with government wishes, and metaphorically throw them overboard? Should we stand and declare that we’re mad as heck and we’re not going to take it anymore?
When I say “Religious Liberty,” what comes to mind? Is it the freedom to go to church, to wear a crucifix, yamaka, or hijab? Is it the ability to not work on your chosen holy day? What if I were to tell you that Religious Liberty is so much more. How about the Philadelphia foster care case along with both the Masterpiece Cake Shop and Arlene’s Flowers cases…
Three stories of heroism in the face of COVID oppression. We’ll look at what these people did and why they did it. Most importantly, we’ll look at what everyday Americans can do to support those willing to stand up against tyranny. Cathi Chamberlain joins me, Paul Engel, on The Constitution Study…
With Congress creating unconstitutional laws, government agencies punishing groups for partisan reasons, and Congressmen threatening those who disagree with them, it seems like the criminals are running the asylum. Before you get too depressed, there is a solution to this problem…
Are we teaching them to stand against those who would take our rights, or to submit to an all-powerful government? From schools segregating students based on their willingness to be subject to a government’s experimental vaccine, to the teaching that what really matters is a person’s race rather than their character, these are all irrevocable gifts. But are they?
If those in Washington, D.C. do not follow the will of the people, why do they still have a job? We hire people in government to be public servants, to serve the will of the people, and exercise the just powers we’ve consented to. Today, I’ll take some time to look at this study from The Trafalgar Group, then at some recent stories that show…
Today, Washington, D.C. is just as guilting of imposing taxes on us without our consent as King George was back in 1776. From direct taxes on things other than income to collecting taxes for purposes not authorized by the Constitution, taxation is a big deal in America. What is going on in Washington, D.C. is extortion and bribery…
This a good time to read that wonderful document, I think we need to sit down and take a close look at how our governments, especially the one in Washington, D.C. is acting. We must declare our independence from those who are perverting the Constitution. Join me as we look at the Re-Declaration of Independence…
As George Washington said, political parties are their own form of despotism. There are several examples of how bipartisan actions are some of the most dangerous and destructive found anywhere in government. If you are looking for political parties, or even specific politicians to restore freedom and liberty to America…
The call is our for the Minutemen, and women, to once again stand their ground against tyranny. Will you answer the call, or do nothing while the tree of liberty withers and dies? Today we look at what is happening at the federal level, and why it is so important not only that We the People be allowed to keep and bear arms, but that we actually do so…
Will you prepare yourself to take up arms to preserve freedom? Will you work and sacrifice for that freedom? Join me on The Constitution Study, as we look at becoming Minutemen and women, and prepare ourselves to defend freedom and liberty in America…
I believe most people want our elections to be free, fair, and open. Yet today we see problems with free and fair elections in Georgia, Michigan, and Arizona. What can we learn from the debacle that was the 2020 election? And will we ever learn the lessons of how to keep our elections free, fair, and open?
