The Constitution Study
Weekdays 4 PM ET
The American people, through ignorance and apathy, have lost their love for their rights and liberties. Our rights are trampled daily by governments, universities, the media, and businesses both large and small. Yet the vast majority of Americans not only bow to the pressure to relinquish their rights, they frequently ask for them to be taken. What are we to do?
Since 2014 Paul Engel has been helping everyday Americans read and study the Constitution of their country and teaching the rising generation to be free. In this program, Paul uses news and current events as a springboard to help explain the Constitution and encourage others to stand up for their rights, their children’s rights, and those of the nation.
The goal of this program is to help everyday people defend their rights by reading, studying, and understanding the supreme law of the land, the Constitution of the United States of America. Author and speaker, Paul Engel has spent more than 20 years studying and teaching about both the Bible and the U.S. Constitution. That experience helps Paul explain difficult concepts in a way most people can understand. As one manager described, “Paul can take the most complex idea and explain it in a way my grandmother can understand.”

Ronald Reagan warned us that if we did not protect freedom, one day, we would tell our children and their children what it was once like in America, where men were free. What has happened to our rights in America? We’ll talk with Wallace Garneau about his recent article: The End of Human Rights and the Beginning of Tyranny. Then we’ll talk about how the very idea of rights and liberty are being replaced with compulsion and bullying. The question that we need to answer is, what can be done to restore the sacred fire of liberty in America?
What happens when the American people can no longer trust the elections we use to choose servants to represent us, to exercise our sovereign power in our name? It’s not so much that we have problems in our elections, it’s how we deal with those problems that concern me, and I believe many others as well…
There are two major scandals making their way across the media today. However, like much of what passes for “news” in this country, the coverage is shoddy and incompetent at best. Yes, Biden has extended the CDC’s eviction moratorium, but the reporting about a “Constitutional Crisis” is overblown. And as for what is happening, or more accurately what is not happening, in New York State, the reports I’ve seen are a pale reflection of the atrocity of injustice that is underway in the Empire State. If we want to handle both of these situations properly and justly, we need to start with a clear eye and an objective look at what has really happened. Only then can we react to seek liberty and justice for all involved.
The latest example of bi-partisan efforts…. is the unconstitutional abomination called the infrastructure bill. Inside this mess we find Republican co-sponsored theft to bribe you with broadband internet and Democrats testing tracking every mile you drive. And that is just the beginning
How do we live in America if we cannot trust the institutions our predecessors put in place? That answer is, we can learn the truth for ourselves. Only when you are no longer dependent on the government can you truly be called a free citizen.
As Alexis de Tocqueville said: “The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public’s money.” So how do you feel, now that you’ve been bribed with your own money? And what happens to freedom and liberty in America when the people are controlled by governments, rather than their masters?
Most Americans don’t seem to realize there are laws preventing President Biden, his Department of Justice, the FDA, CDC, and many schools and employers from doing exactly what they’ve been doing. What would happen if the people, in general, were educated about their rights, the laws, and how they can defend themselves from those who are lord over them?
The last 18 months have shown the governments all around the country are less interested in protecting your rights than controlling your life. These governments have used unjust powers to control the people, making them subservient to them. This begs the question, are we citizens or are we, slaves?
It’s not just the legal system, or even the government as a whole. Can you expect to get justice from the media, from your employer, or your school? And if you can’t be sure you’ll get justice, how do you know that your rights will be protected? These are all important questions. But they are not the only ones…
Free Speech is under direct attack, from the White House, courts, even schools, and corporations. It seems many Americans equate freedom of speech with agreeing with what is said, rather than recognizing the importance of allowing those with differing opinions that opportunity to speak. Today, let’s review a recent Supreme Court case about freedom of speech…
Governments and corporations alike are using their influence to prevent you from seeing things they don’t like. Even questioning what certain government officials are doing is now referred to as insurrection or anti-government extremism. The law does not make us subjects of governments, but its master. Facebook, Twitter, PayPal, have no legal ability to force us, we voluntarily submit. The same for Walmart, Target, and Amazon…
From the kangaroo January 6th committee in the House to investigations of certain governors, rank has its privileges. From hiding information from us to telling us how to live our lives, these aristocrats effectively tell us how to live, and if we question them, they sic the dogs on us. And both parties are guilty of it…
The news today is full of propaganda. You’re told that those who want the Constitution enforced are terrorists, that protesters who do no damage are insurrectionists, that laws the protect your vote are racists, and that you don’t have the right to keep and bear arms. The choice is yours. Will you be a slave to the government or its master?
Have the American people become so enslaved to government largess that they will not stand for freedom of rights? Have we become so dependent on bribes from Washington, D.C. that we are willing to sell our children’s futures for a bowl of pottage? I will show you ten examples of those in Washington, D.C., from both parties who are criminally exercising…
