The Constitution Study
Weekdays 4 PM ET
The American people, through ignorance and apathy, have lost their love for their rights and liberties. Our rights are trampled daily by governments, universities, the media, and businesses both large and small. Yet the vast majority of Americans not only bow to the pressure to relinquish their rights, they frequently ask for them to be taken. What are we to do?
Since 2014 Paul Engel has been helping everyday Americans read and study the Constitution of their country and teaching the rising generation to be free. In this program, Paul uses news and current events as a springboard to help explain the Constitution and encourage others to stand up for their rights, their children’s rights, and those of the nation.
The goal of this program is to help everyday people defend their rights by reading, studying, and understanding the supreme law of the land, the Constitution of the United States of America. Author and speaker, Paul Engel has spent more than 20 years studying and teaching about both the Bible and the U.S. Constitution. That experience helps Paul explain difficult concepts in a way most people can understand. As one manager described, “Paul can take the most complex idea and explain it in a way my grandmother can understand.”

America Out Loud Network © – The goal of this program is to help everyday people defend their rights by reading, studying, and understanding the supreme law of the land, the Constitution of the United States of America.
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – As early voting begins, my wife and I proudly cast our ballots in person. A pamphlet in Tennessee claims the state leads in election integrity, but it got me thinking: can we trust the process nationwide? With officials changing election procedures and the FBI quietly altering crime statistics, trust in our institutions seems increasingly fragile.
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – In this episode, we dive into the complex world of modern election interference. From assassination attempts on Donald Trump to media and search engine manipulation, we explore how these tactics shape outcomes. We also examine bribery and its impact on voter integrity, asking what honest citizens can do in the face of such challenges.
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Many Americans oppose the idea of violence in our elections, yet threats continue to emerge, including assassination attempts and terrorist risks. With some officials even considering body armor, it’s clear the danger is real. Should we trust the government to protect us, or prepare to defend ourselves? Today, we explore how to respond to these threats.
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – The 2024 elections will shape the future of our country, just as past elections have. Key issues like inflation, underemployment, and government overreach are at stake. Will we be better off in four years? Our choices in November will decide whether we continue down the path of fiscal mismanagement or restore constitutional principles and responsible governance.
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – The rise of the term “disinformation” isn’t about protecting people from lies but controlling what they see and know. It’s the latest tool used by government and media to suppress inconvenient facts and manipulate public perception. Don’t fall for it—disinformation is the modern version of political correctness, designed to control and silence the people.
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Informed consent is crucial, yet our consent means little if it’s based on misinformation. From misconceptions about the Electoral College to Oregon’s ranked-choice voting and withheld truths about January 6th, there’s a lot at stake. We, the People, deserve clear, truthful information to make decisions in this election and beyond.
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – When considering a president’s legacy, judicial appointments often have the longest-lasting impact. Legislation may be repealed or overturned, but federal judges can shape the law for decades. As we approach another presidential election, it’s worth reflecting on how these appointments influence our legal landscape and the critical role they play in interpreting the Constitution.
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Ronald Reagan’s 1964 speech, A Time for Choosing, feels just as urgent today. Reflecting on America’s crossroads, I see the same threats to liberty now as then. The dangers come not from abroad but within our own borders, as progressives and the media challenge our rights. Now is the time to defend our freedoms for future generations.
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – America faces a crucial decision, a choice between two paths. One leads to more government control and diminishing rights, while the other strives for liberty, reduced regulation, and a restored Constitution. This election defines our future—will we choose the path of least resistance, or embrace the road that demands effort but leads to freedom?
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – As states declare independence, they claim powers to levy war, establish commerce, and more. Yet, recent actions in states like Massachusetts, California, and Georgia challenge individual rights, from gun ownership to voting laws. Reflecting on a decade with The Constitution Study, I examine our states’ sovereignty, the role of courts, and the fight to restore constitutional rights.
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Paul Harvey’s “The Rest of the Story” reminds us that the truth often hides beneath the surface. By examining both sides, as Proverbs 18:17 suggests, we uncover a deeper understanding. This approach is essential in our views on gun ownership, police incidents, natural disasters, and politics. Who provides the best evidence for their claims?
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – In the face of disasters, both natural and man-made, how do we respond? From delayed leadership during Hurricane Helene to the erosion of our rights and trust in elections, the real disaster we face is man-made. It’s time to question government overreach, defend our freedoms, and stand up for our rights before they are lost.
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – We’ve all experienced close calls. Sometimes, we recognize immediately the bullet we dodged; other times, that knowledge doesn’t come to us until years, maybe decades later. What if, just weeks before an election, you learn that there are people on the voter rolls who are not legally allowed to vote? Or what if you find that former candidates for president of the US wanted to…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – As news breaks about the most recent failure of a federal agency, many are asking why our regulatory system is failing us. Perhaps it is because it was never designed to protect our health in the first place. After all, who do you trust with your health, a nameless bureaucrat or your own two eyes? How long has it been since a simple thing like the Constitution got in the way of the federal government doing what it wants?
