The mainstream media, cable media, social media, and tech giants are all lock-in-step with Democrat and Republican operatives. President Donald J. Trump was the cause of the Capitol incident on January 6. Their unified message is that the president incited violence with his words giving permission for Antifa thugs and other professional protestors, along with Trump supporters, to storm the Capitol. Challenging the Electoral College | More Senators have joined Senator Josh Hawley; about a dozen senators and dozens of representatives from the House are going to challenge electoral votes during the January 6 Joint Session of Congress. “America is a Republic whose leaders are chosen in democratic elections. Those elections, in turn, must comply with the Constitution and with federal and state law,” a joint statement was released from the group. The group demands an Electoral Commission be established, with full investigatory and fact-finding authority for an emergency ten-day audit of election returns in the disputed swing-states. The next step would be to convene a special legislative session to certify any change in their vote. “Accordingly, we intend to vote on January 6 to reject the electors from disputed states as not ‘regularly given’ and ‘lawfully certified,’ unless and until that emergency 10-day audit is completed,” the statement said. 2020 has certainly proved one of the most challenging, damaging, unusual, and influential years in our lifetime. On this special two-hour episode of Viewpoint, Michael Johns joins Malcolm in a very thorough assessment of the year. They begin with a review of the Ukraine-related impeachment attempt against President Trump, which proved a groundless and partisan undertaking based on no identifiable underlying high crime or misdemeanor that warranted it nor any clear evidence of unwarranted dealings with Ukraine. Election Fraud – Six Dimensions across Six Battleground States | The anomalies in this election are as if the establishment took out a series of insurance policies, but perhaps Navarro says it best: “This was theft by a thousand cuts across six dimensions and six battleground states.” Peter Navarro, who is director of the White House Office for Trade and Manufacturing Policy, released the report (pdf) on Dec. 17 titled “The Immaculate Deception, which “supports the claim that the election “may well have been stolen” from President Trump. In the report, Navarro examines six types of irregularities in the battleground states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett Silent in Supreme Court Decision | Justices Alito and Thomas say they would have allowed Texas to proceed with its election lawsuit.
