On May 29, the Taiwan Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee of the Legislative Yuan held a meeting on national security. As I have emphasized before, there was no explosion or serious damage to the accidental submarine. On Aug 21, 2023, 55 PLA Navy crews died in the cabinet of the submarine simultaneously due to leakage of toxic gas. However, the update shows that the final death toll of the accident is 56 navy crews because the only surviving soldier died in the hospital later.
The then-survived diver was out of the cabinet to solve the problem caused by CCP’s own “anchor-and-chain” trap under the sea. After fixation of the rim-driven propulsion system using gas cutting (a mixture of oxygen, hydrogen, natural gas, and compressed air), he can’t enter the cabin. So he violated the rules that the PLA forbids the submariners from resurfacing without orders, resurfacing from a depth of 30-40m, and two frigates nearby found him.
During the 6-hour rescue in bad weather, Navy frogmen found all the 55 crew in the cabin were dead. After days of investigation, it is confirmed that there is a lack of fluorescent indicators in the purification system of the submarine. Therefore, no alarm was triggered when toxic gas leaked to cause the deaths (https://x.com/DrLiMengYAN1/status/1698355990444523840).
Consequentially, the diver got decompression sickness and became the 56th death. More heinously, to maintain morale and political stability, none of the families of the dead crews receive any truth of the 093-417 accident. Instead, they were told that the crews sacrificed in secret exercises, even without the real date of the death. By the way, we have obtained the whole list of the 56 deaths, which is another top-secret document for CCP-PLA.
To clarify, CCP’s “Anchors and Chains” anti-vessel equipment are not a net as shown by Daily Mail in its independent report on the 093-417 accident.
According to our sources, there are various types of “Anchors and Chains,” of which the bowstring-like chains are fixed by the anchors under the sea. They are hidden and able to avoid sonar and radar. The settings are supposed to cause damage to high-speed vessels by bounce forces. For example, one type is composed of an anchor with a carbon fiber chain, like a pole in the pole vault. It’s called “seaweed” by PLA. When the submarines cross and trigger it, it will bounce and hit the vessels.
In the photos posted by @IndoPac_Info, the Chinese hazardous floating barrier removed by the Philippines from the Southeast entrance of Bajo De Masinloc is a type of “Anchors and Chains.”
